  1. How can I get my 14 day trial for CyberCNS?

  1. What are the deployment models available for CyberCNS?

      Ans:

  •  CyberCNS Supports SaaS( Hosted by CyberCNS into their AWS environment) & On Premise model ( Customer can choose to select their AWS/AZURE/VMWare/HyperV to host) 

  • In the case of Pax8 customers, only the SaaS deployment model is supported.

  • The preferred model is SaaS, but ConnectSecure also has a fully on-premises version for MSPs working with defense or government contracts


  1. What's the wait time to get CyberCNS SaaS model up and running after successful signup?

      Ans: CyberCNS SaaS takes approx from 30 mins to 1 hour to provision a SaaS instance. Once it is ready, you will receive an email on your registered email ID with login credentials.


  1. What if I have not received an email for CyberCNS Instance readiness?

      Ans: Please check your inbox/SPAM/junk folders for an email from support@cybercns.com. If you have not received an email, please write back to us at support@cybercns.com for further assistance.


  1. Where do I go for CyberCNS V2 documentation?

  1. Do I get any guidance on Onboarding with CyberCNS?

Ans: You can book a quick onboarding session with CyberCNS. Just drop an email to support@cybercns.com with your availability.


        7. Where do I submit my interest in CyberCNS to hear back from Sales?

        8. What regions are considered for SaaS signup?

       Ans: While signing up you can select a region of your choice so the instance is spinned into that region only.


        9. Does CyberCNS help with scanning a network for Vulnerability with a single agent?

        Ans: Please use PROBE agent for scanning multiple systems using CyberCNS. Refer documentation for configuration details https://cybercns.atlassian.net/l/cp/vUGFh5v5


        10. Does CyberCNS help scanning systems which are not connected to the office network?

        Ans: Yes, CyberCNS can help scan standalone systems using Lightweight Agent. Lightweight Agent will only collect information from the system on which it is installed.


        11. What checks will help if CyberCNS Agent installation is failing?

        Ans: Please check if EDR/AV/Firewall is blocking CyberCNS Agent and please Whitelist  the installation folder and CyberCNS agent executables.


        12. Which Operating Systems are supported by CyberCNS to install an agent?

        Ans: CyberCNS supports only 64 bit operating systems for agent installation.


        13. What permissions are needed to install CyberCNS Agent (Probe/Lightweight)?

        Ans: Administrator permissions are needed to install CyberCNS agent successfully.


        14. Does CyberCNS support GUI Install?

        Ans: CyberCNS Supports silent installation using Powershell as an administrator OR command prompt as an administrator.

        15. What if I am facing a login issue to CyberCNS Portal?

        Ans: Please clear cache OR use incognito window and retry login. Also a different browser can be tried to confirm on the issue before raising an issue with CyberCNS Support.


        16. Where to find CyberCNS logs?

        Ans: CyberCNS logs can be found in the CyberCNS installation folder. E.g For Windows it’s found in C:\ProgramFiles<X86>\CyberCNSAgentV2\ 


        17. Where can I find CyberCNS product sheet with comparison to competitor products?

        19. How can I submit a feature request to CyberCNS?

Ans: Please write to us at support@cybercns.com with a subject line as Feature Request. We will check the feasibility of the request and consider it accordingly.


        20. How does CyberCNS assess/secure its Cloud Infrastructure?

CyberCNS cloud infrastructure is hosted in AWS. Each customer gets their own “container” for full application isolation. CyberCNS is SOC2 Type I compliant and in the process of SOC2 Type 2 and GDPR compliances and these should be in place over the next couple of months.


        21. What is the path of the installation folder for CyberCNS Agent?

     Ans: For windows it is C:\ProgramFiles<x86>\CyberCNSAgentV2

For Linux it is /opt/CyberCNSAgentV2/

For Mac it is /opt/CyberCNSAgentV2/

For ARM Agent it is /opt/CyberCNSAgentV2/
