2. You should receive a welcome email from support@cybercns.com once the trial is ready. Please check inbox/SPAM folder for this email.
3. Direct URL to login to CyberCNS instance is portal.mycybercns.com/me/<domainname> For eg. domain name:learn, the login URL will be portal.mycybercns.com/me/learn
This URL will directly open the login page wherein Username and Password can be provided to login successfully.
4. In case Password set is not available, please follow Forgot Password process and you will receive an email from support@cybercns.com assisting reset of a password.
5. CyberCNS (ConnectSecure) Offers one hour free onboarding session, please feel free to schedule an onboarding session with support by simply writing to them.
6. For any technical assistance while on trial, please feel free to write to support@cybercns.com
7. For setting up subscription Or Converting the trial to PAID at the end of the trial, please write to support@cybercns.com seeking help to guide you to the distributor.
8. The trial will be converted to the production once subscribed successfully.
