Scheduler - Details
Access the Scheduler from the Settings category.
The scheduler is divided into four categories. Tap between them to add, edit, and delete the schedules.
Scan Scheduler
Configure automatic scan jobs here.
Add Scan Scheduler
Tap on Add to create a new scan schedule.
Complete the required fields based on the scan type selected.
Example Scan Schedule | ||||
Scan Job Name | Scan Type | Frequency | Target Time | Agent Type |
Daily Full Scan - All Companies (Includes Active Directory, Compliance, Firewall, and Network Scans) (Allows you to select specific Discovery Settings based on the selected agent.) | Full Scan | Once Per Day | During business hours, we want assets to be online for scanning | Probe |
Weekly ASM Scan - All Companies | Attack Surface Mapper | Once Per Week | After hours, any time | Non-Agent Scan |
Weekly External Scan - All Companies | External Scan | Once Per Week | After hours, any time | Non-Agent Scan |
Weekly Compliance Scan - All Companies (Only needed if you are not using the Probe - Full Scan option) | Compliance | Once Per Week | During business hours, we want assets to be online for scanning | Lightweight or Probe Agent |
Another example for reference:
Edit Scan Scheduler
Tap on the three-dot Action menu on the right side of the table, then tap Edit.
Make any changes, then tap on Save.
Delete Scan Scheduler
Tap on the three-dot Action menu on the right side of the table, then tap Delete.
Tap Yes to confirm and complete the deletion.
Patch Scheduler
Edit or Delete the Patch Scheduler records from the table view.
If you do not have any records here, tap the Add button to create a new patch schedule policy.
Complete all the required fields.
Report Scheduler
View the scheduled reports in the table view; tap the Add button to create a new record.
Complete the required fields and tap save to create the schedule.
Report Builder Scheduler
You can view the scheduled reports in the table view; otherwise, tap the Add button to create a new record.
Complete all the required fields to add a new scheduled report.
Scheduler - Toolbar Options
This toolbar will change actions based on the exact scheduler screen you are in.
Scan Scheduler contains Scan Scheduler Jobs
Patch Scheduler contains Patch Scheduler Jobs
Report Scheduler contains Report Scheduler Jobs
Report Builder Scheduler contains Report Builder Scheduler Jobs
Scan Scheduler Jobs
Tap to view the job details.
Tap on the created date/time stamps to see additional details about the job.
You can download the details from the job into Excel by tapping on the download icon.
Patch Scheduler Jobs
Tap to view the job details.
Tap on the created date/time stamps to see additional details about the job.
You can download the details from the job into Excel by tapping on the download icon.
Report Scheduler Jobs
Tap on the created date/time stamps to see additional details about the job.

Report Builder Scheduler Jobs
Tap on the created date/time stamps to see additional details about the job.
You will see additional details about the report scheduler job details.
Alerts
View our timeline style of System Events captured for each company. You can set an optional date filter range to target a specific date range of events.

Layout Settings
