This section will help to integrate Microsoft Teams with CyberCNS for notification purposes.
Select Integration
This screen will likely change as we add more integrations.
Navigate to Global Settings(
) > Integrations and choose MS Teams from the integrations listed here.
It will lead you to add credentials for your MS Teams Instance. Provide details as requested.
Enter Credentials
Enter Credentials Name: Choose a name of your choice for the credentials to be added.
Enter MS Teams Webhook URL: Enter an MS Teams Webhook URL for the credentials to be added.
Once all the above details are provided, SAVE the data. Likewise, can add multiple credentials in this section using the '+' sign.
The next step is to map local companies in CyberCNS to MS Teams PSA companies corresponding to the selected domain.
Company Mapping
Company mapping allows to use MS Teams credentials to be used with selected companies.
Click on Company Mapping.
Choose MS Teams Credentials from the dropdown and click on + Add to add Integration Mapping.
Select the Map Existing Company to MS Teams company and click on Add.
Once the company is selected, click on Finish to map all the selected MS Teams companies.
In the image below, selected companies can be seen with the details such as Existing Company Name, Company Name, and Mapped Date.
Here the '*' means it is mapped to all companies available in MSTeams.
There is an option to Delete the Company mapping using the Action column. Any mapping can be deleted anytime if needed.
Once the above steps are completed, notifications that are set to be alerted using MS Teams will start notifying on the MS Teams channel of selection.
This completes the MS Teams Integration.
