Network Scan Findings

Network Scan Findings are available at the Company Level and Global Level. This section helps to find vulnerabilities and threats for the networks scanned.

Company Level

  • On the global menu, navigate to Network Scan Findings.

  • In the image below, click on the Asset(s) column to get the details of the Assets affected.

  • In the image below you can get the Assets Name, Port related to the issue, and the Ticket ID if any.

  • Click on the link in the Title column to copy it to the clipboard, and browse that link to get details of the specific Scan finding.

  • To create a ticket for your integrated PSA applications, check the box(es) to their left and click Integration Action.

  • Next, select the Integration Mapping credentials and the actions for the ticket creation, and then click on Next.

  • If you are creating a new ticket, enter the requested data in the next dialog and click Submit.

Vulnerabilities Discovered during Network Scan CyberCNS Alerting is available for Network Scan Findings.

  • After the ticket has been successfully created, a pop-up message will be displayed along with the created Ticket number.

  • Network Scan Findings have 2 different views available Network Scan and Asset level network scan.

  • In the image depicted below, click on the Vulnerabilities(s) column to get the details of the Vulnerabilities affected.

  • In the image below you can get the Vulnerabilities ID, CVSS score, Severity, and Port related to the issue if any.

  • Next, select the Integration Mapping credentials and the actions for the ticket creation, and then click on Next.

  • If you are creating a new ticket, enter the requested data in the next dialog and click Submit.

  • After the ticket has been successfully created, a pop-up message will be displayed along with the created Ticket number.

Global Level

  • Navigate to Global Settings((blue star)) > Network Scan Findings.

  • As shown in the image below, the Companies column will have companies and assets belonging to that company affected by that CVE. Click on the Companies count to get the details of the Companies.

  • If the Companies count is clicked, Company Name, Title, Severity, CVSS Score, and Asset(s) data can be found for the affected CVE.

  • When Asset(s) count is selected, details like Asset Details with Name, Port, and TicketID are seen.

  • This completes Network Scan Findings.
