Alerts

CyberCNS can alert you in case of specific events and you can configure this in the ALERTS section.

On the Company level, Navigate to the Alerts tab to view the alerts created for the particular company.

  • Alerts page lists all the alerts with their current status as open or closed.

  • In the Alerts tab, details like Asset Name, Description, Last Updated, Status, Name, and Company Name are seen.

  • When the filter option is selected, one can select a particular column and choose the data as per the requirement.

  • It is possible to download the Full data or the Filtered data of the Users by clicking on the (

    ) download option, where the data will be downloaded in xlsx format.

  • Click on the Last Updated column in the alerts tab to get more details about an event with a particular asset like Name, IP Address, Status, Description, Integration Name, Ticket No, Last updated, and Ticket Status.

  • As depicted in the below image, use the filter option or search option to filter the data and the Download option to download the particular set of alerts if needed.
